90210 - the CW’s hottest show!

Shenae Grimes calls 90210 “my show” according to two sources. Not only that, but supposedly she’s always talking bad about other cast members behind their backs, and when confronted about it she cries. I don’t know about you, but Shenae is my least favorite person in the cast. What about you, do you like her?

With a possible intervention in the works, concern for too-skinny stars Jessica Stroup and Shenae Grimes is growing daily. US Weekly reports that the male stars of the show are so worried that they’ve been thinking about doing an intervention! It’s true, Stroup’s and Grimes’ bony bodies have made a lot of fans mad about the negative message being sent to the girls who watch the show. Producers are reportedly encouraging the two to gain weight, thankfully.
Jessica Stroup’s weight is estimated to be 100 lbs (she’s 5″ 8″) while Shenae Grimes is estimated to be 90 lbs (she’s 5′ 3″); a source from the set of 90210 says they look like lollipops!
The old 90210 stars were nowhere near this thin. Jennie Garth fit into a juniors size 5 while Tori Spelling was 2/4, a far cry from the size 00 to 2 wardrobe on the current show.
We hope to see Jessica and Shenae showing off curvier, healthier-looking figures soon.

In the episode “Lucky Strike” we get a clue about who the dad is, but it wasn’t anything we didn’t already know would probably happen. The father is revealed to be someone she has a lot of history with, going back to high school days. I mean, we pretty much figured the dad would be Dylan, Brandon, and I’ve heard rumors about possibly Steve. In “the jet Set” Kelly talks to Brenda and during that conversation it seems that they’re hinting at Brandon.
So what do you think? I would have guessed Brandon going off the Brenda conversation, but something about what she said in “Lucky Strike” made me think it was Steve, or maybe Dylan. It sounded like it was someone she didn’t hook up with until just 4 years ago, which made me think it couldn’t be Dylan. Unless she meant something like “re-hooked up”…which could be the case. Steve had a wife and child, though.
Is it just a matter of which of the guys they are able to get on board for an appearance? It could be anyone at this point.
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
